The 22nd Ayase International Festival will be held at the Ayase Owens Cultural Center under the theme of "Let's Connect ！ Circle of Friendship Beyond Differences.
The purpose of the Ayase International Festival is to deepen mutual understanding between foreign and Japanese citizens living and working in the city by learning about the differences in culture and lifestyle. The festival has been held annually by the executive committee and the city, and this year marks its 22nd anniversary. It is a great opportunity to interact with people from various countries. In addition to the annual speech presentations and performances, this year we are planning a panel exhibition and workshops by university students from Tokai University's School of International Studies. Also planned for the second year this year is a "Let's Play with World Songs" hands-on concert by the Kanagawa Arts Foundation, which will feature playful songs from Sri Lanka, the third largest foreign population in Ayase City. We are also planning a variety of other events, including international cuisine, sundry goods, workshops for children, and a storytelling session at the library. Please come and join us.

We will have a festival at Ayaseishi Oyensu Bunkakaikai. A festival to learn the differences in cultural characteristics and accomplishments between foreign and Japanese cultures working and performing arts in Ayase-shi. There are people who play speech and people who play perfromance. You can discover new activities and enjoy Japanese folklore together. We also have a lot of homesteads and other things in the country. Please come and play with us.
